Elizabeth Biley Andrion is a Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Charter Communications, overseeing all federal regulatory affairs for the company. Before this, she served in a variety of leadership positions for both Democratic and Republican Chairmen at the Federal Communications Commission, including as Chief Counsel to the Chairman and as Chief of the Office of Strategic Planning. She has also served as a Vice President of Legal Affairs for Fox Television Stations, as Director of Business Development at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), and as the founder of a media company for venture capital firm, Zone Ventures (a Draper Fisher Jurvetson affiliate). She holds a B.A in Economics and Rhetoric from UC Berkeley, an M.A in Journalism from the University of Southern California, and a J.D from UC Berkeley.
