Emily Jewell is the Senior Relationship Manager for Comcast Platform Services serving as the principal liaison between Sales, Internal Teams and their valued clients. Emily builds loyalty through outreach, interaction, and continuous improvement of services.
In addition to researching and responding to client needs, Emily works with Comcast Platform Services leadership to promote the Business Units products, services, and accomplishments by spearheading sales, marketing and product initiatives. She also serves as the client’s voice to the Business Unit, in assisting with business development and future product growth.
Emily has 20+ years of leadership and client relationship experience in the Cable & Broadcast Industry and has built long-term relationships with clients within her client portfolio. Prior to Comcast Platform Services, Emily has served in roles of Director, Manager and various relationship roles supporting clients and the teams that have worked with or for her. She also has a solid background of expertise and knowledge in leading teams business units towards more streamlined workflows and processes.
Prior to joining Comcast Platform Services, she held positions in the communications, cable, broadcast, healthcare and real estate industries.
Emily earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s Degree as a Holistic Life Coach.
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Emily has lived and traveled in a number of states across the US, including Puerto Rico, where she was not only following her career opportunities but her love for learning the local culture of every place she has lived and traveled. She presently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina where she enjoys anything outdoors such as hiking, boating, nature walks, sporting events and local culture venues.
