Emma Jean Brown (Emma) is a manager for Mobile Technical Support, Xfinity Mobile for Comcast. She is responsible for sales, technical support and customer care experience for Xfinity Mobile. She is currently living in the Charleston, South Carolina and supporting Xfinity Mobile there.
Emma joined Comcast in 2017 to support all aspects of the sales team for Xfinity Mobile. She is a member of the team that successfully launched Sales for Wireless within Comcast. Emma played an intricate role in defining processes and support for the Sales team which exceeded the company goal in 2017 for Xfinity Mobile net adds. Emma transitioned to the Mobile Technical Support team in 2018.
Prior to joining Xfinity Mobile for Comcast, Emma was with Time Warner Cable and Sprint for almost 18 years supporting both Retention and Customer Care including the training arena.
Born in Blackshear, Georgia, Emma joined the United States Navy where she was stationed in New Orleans. She graduated Columbia Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management in 2017. She is also a member of both WICT and NAMIC and volunteers for several organizations including Alzheimer’s Organization and Breast Cancer Awareness.
