Erica Heilman is the Senior Manager of a small Project Management team that supports Comcast’s Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) organization. In this role, Erica oversees a team of project managers as well as helps to develop and drive the strategy and vision for the Program Management framework. Prior to joining the EBI team, Erica spent over four years in Finance initially tasked to help build the financial planning and analysis function within Comcast Interactive Media (CIM) supporting the annual budget, forecasting and revenue modeling efforts. She went on to also support Sales & Marketing and the EBI teams from a finance perspective.
Erica joined Comcast from the Defense Industry where she spent four years as a Procurement Analyst with the Defense Department and the following four years working for Boeing’s Defense Systems as a Program Manager supporting the Chinook Helicopter Program.
Erica received her B.A. in Psychology from West Virginia University. In 2005, she completed her M.B.A at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business with a concentration in Economics. In 2015, she completed her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and has been happily serving as the Professional Development Lead for Comcast’s Women’s Network for the last two years.
Erica grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and currently lives in Center City Philadelphia with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys getting outdoors as much as the weather will allow and cooking.
