Erica Hulings serves as Director of Deployment Engineering. In this role, Erica is responsible for developing and leading cross-functional teams that support business services and the Comcast Digital Voice products. The teams are responsible for the ordering of Type 2 circuits, deploying the configurations for the customers on the CORE routers, and the successful activation of each Ethernet and Cell Back Haul customers. Currently, Erica is focused on developing and supporting new automated tools that will help streamline each customer install and provide better customer service to the field.
Over the course of her 15 years with Comcast, Erica has progressed though roles of increasing responsibility, beginning as a front line Customer Service Agent with TCI, and has grown through additional positions including Process Analyst, Supervisor and Sr. Manager for the Network Engineering and Technical Operations organization. Erica also has also spent the past few years focusing her time on the development of future leaders in Comcast. She was on the board of both the CLEAR and the QC2 success mentoring programs that have an emphasis on building and supporting high performers and helping them get to the next level.
Erica holds a B.S. in Social Work from Colorado State University and an M.S. in Organization Leadership from Regis University. Outside of her responsibilities at Comcast, Erica enjoys spending time with her 3 nieces and 1 nephew, going to cheer on her beloved Denver Broncos and has completed 6 half marathons and looking to complete a bucket list item of her first full marathon.
