Erica has worked as a consultant at the Hay Group and Booz Allen & Hamilton, as the Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, and as an executive coach at NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Erica received her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and her BA from the University of Vermont. She lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with her husband, Jeff, their three children, and their dog, Cruiser.
