Erica Marie Colòn is Director of Product Development & Brand Management for NBCUniversal Digital Distribution. In this role, she manages the studio’s day-to-day film digital product development initiatives across EST, VOD, PPV, and Hotel. Additionally, she is responsible for managing pricing, programming, and brand management across the platforms. Since joining NBCUniversal in 2009, Erica Marie has worked on both the TV & Film digital business lines streamlining licensing processes and implementing frameworks to create efficiencies within customer servicing. She created the first TV digital ad sales inventory forecasting model and ad sales reporting workflow process for the company, developed internal reporting newsletters, and pushed innovative programming stunts that have become industry standards.
Prior to NBCUniversal, Erica Marie worked at iN Demand where she supported the launch of several networks including Howard Stern On Demand and the cable industry’s first 100% hi-definition channel MOJO. She has more than 10 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, which includes time spent at MTV Networks, Sony, and Hulu.
Erica Marie holds a B.S.B.A. in marketing and a B.F.A. in design from Washington University in St. Louis where she graduated with honors. She holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management where she received the Chancellor’s Service Award as well as the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Service. She is active in the non-profit community, serves as a mentor to local college students, and continues to remain active with her alma mater, UCLA, where she sits on the alumni board of the Latino Management Association. Originally from New Jersey, Erica Marie resides in Los Angeles with her fiancé.
