Erika McNair is currently an IT Service Delivery Manager for the finance and accounting departments at Scripps Networks Interactive. In her current role, McNair is responsible for the operational support of the numerous applications used by the finance and accounting teams, as well as the planning and analysis of future application needs and enhancements. Her role requires coordinating with multiple teams and departments, as well as leading her own team of analysts and developers.
Prior to joining Scripps in 2011, McNair worked on a variety of assignments, clients, and multi-disciplinary teams as an information technology consultant. Those experiences were critical in further developing her leadership and analytical skills. She has been promoted to a leadership role repeatedly. McNair is passionate about developing the skills of team members and seeing a team reach its full potential.
The numerous mentors in her life have given McNair a passion to invest in others, not only at work but in all areas of life. She is involved in the children, women and marriage ministries at her church. Erika recently served as the chapter Vice President of Education at a local Toastmasters club where she supported individuals achieving their educational goals within the club.
McNair holds a BS in business logistics with a minor in management information systems from the Pennsylvania State University. She also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with the Project Management Institute.
