Eva Jones is the Senior Human Resources Director for Suddenlink, one of the nation’s top ten telecommunications providers. Eva joined Suddenlink in 2006 and in her role she is responsible for leading talent management and human resource business initiatives in the MidSouth Region that covers 5 states and over 1300 employees ranging from field operations to call center. Prior to joining Suddenlink, Eva held a HR leadership role at Cox Communications. With over 25 years of solid HR and Business Management, Eva is a highly motivated leader and possesses the ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds to build high performing teams improving employee engagement and retention leading to better customer experience and satisfaction.
Eva graduated at the University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Human Resources & Professional Studies and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) – Midwest & Greater Texas Chapters, Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).
Eva resides in Arkansas and is actively supports the "Feeding America Back Pack Program", a not for profit organization committed to feeding hungry children through the public schools systems.
