Frankie Paffile is General Manager for Cable ONE, responsible for the Lewiston, Idaho system. She has over 25 years of experience in the cable industry with different MSO’s having held positions of installer, dispatcher, customer service representative, regional project manager, marketing manager, and office manager before becoming the general manager. Paffile is looking forward to learning new skills and is excited and honored to be a part of the Rising Leaders Program. She looks forward to bringing knowledge back to support the success of her team and ultimately contribute to the ongoing success of Cable ONE.
Paffile is a member of the Lewiston Rotary Club and serves as the Vice President for the Idaho Cable Television Association. She and her husband Ty live in Lewiston, Idaho.
