Gabrielle Ingram is the VP of Sales and Retention College for Comcast University where she leads employee learning and development initiatives for direct and indirect residential and commercial sales channels. Since joining Comcast in 2006, Gabrielle has worked collaboratively with key Comcast sales executives to create a unified sales process across sales channels and implemented “Selling the Value” a national sales training initiative in CARE, Direct Sales and Business Services. She also introduced a sales manager development program that includes a series of behavioral sales simulations and support tools aligned with the new Comcast sales process. Gabrielle holds a B.A. in Organizational Development, a M.Ed. in Human Resource Development and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Education Leadership.
Prior to joining Comcast University, Gabrielle Ingram led training & development units in manufacturing, IT and service organizations. She has worked in the learning and development industry for over 20 years. Gabrielle is an active member within the community and serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Metropolitan Career Center and member of their Workforce Development committee. She has facilitated events at various training conferences to include Learning 2008, Philadelphia Inspired Expressions, Xavier University, Spalding University the Governor’s Minority Scholarship Conference, and the Attorney General Minority Conference. Prior to moving to Philadelphia she chaired the United Way fund distribution team and the BlueGrass Community Foundation Fund distribution team in Lexington, KY as well as the YMCA Black Achiever’s Business Education program. She has received rewards for Volunteer of the Year, Community Role Model, and has been awarded several corporate vision awards.
