Georgia Juvelis is AMC Networks’ Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications, reporting to President and CEO Josh Sapan.
Georgia is responsible for leading AMC Networks’ corporate communications strategy, including overseeing all communications related to the company’s financial reporting, business transactions and its global division, AMC Networks International. She also oversees the company’s government affairs activities, corporate marketing initiatives and internal communications.
A seasoned communications strategist, Georgia joined AMC Networks in 2007 with more than 15 years of experience working in publicity and corporate communications for leading media and entertainment companies. Prior to AMC Networks, she was Vice President of Communications for Gemstar-TV Guide, where she oversaw corporate communications, media relations, talent relations and consumer publicity initiatives for all of TV Guide’s television and interactive businesses. Before that, she owned and operated a public relations consulting firm in New York City and San Francisco, with clients including Hearst Communications and PBS. Georgia began her career managing publicity for Discovery Communications.
She has received several industry honors, including being named a 2018 Multichannel News Woman to Watch.
