Gina Woyicki serves as Director of Human Resources for Scripps Networks Interactive supporting Digital and Linear Ad Sales, Ad Sales Marketing and Research. In her current role, she is responsible for providing HR service and expertise including strategic planning, targeted employee development, compensation planning, employee relations as well as talent and succession planning in alignment with company business objectives. Gina is responsible for building productivity and employee engagement by being in touch with employee needs as well as by partnering with all levels of leadership. She is based in the company’s Midtown Manhattan office.
Prior to joining Scripps Networks, Gina was the Manager of Human Resources supporting Digital Media, Information Technology and the Broadcasting & Technology Center for AMC Networks. During her tenure in this role, Gina focused on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, strategic planning and leadership development by partnering with the Chief Technology Officer, SVP of Digital Product Development and the SVP & General Manager of the Broadcasting & Technology Center. Gina also served as the Sr. Human Resources Generalist at JCDecaux and began her professional career as a Human Resources Coordinator for Nikon, USA.
Gina earned her MBA in Management and Leadership from Dowling College, Townsend School of Business where she had previously earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History. Gina resides in New York with her husband and son.
