Grace has been entrenched in reality television for more than 10 years in various capacities. She produced series for multiple networks including NBC, Lifetime, Oxygen and MTV before joining the Development team at the Style Network in January 2007. Grace is responsible for creating new show ideas, evaluating pitches, finding fresh talent and seeking out up & coming production companies. Grace also oversees new series in production, from initial pitch to delivery. She has been instrumental in developing and nurturing multiple hits for Style, including Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane, Ruby, Giuliana & Bill, Glam Fairy and Jerseylicious.
Grace was the recipient of the 2008 Ingenuity Award for Comcast Entertainment Group and a selected participant for the 2011 NAMIC Leadership Seminar. Additionally, Grace is an active member of the Coalition of Asian Pacific American in Entertainment (CAPE), Visual Communications (VC), FilAm Creative, Filipinos in Hollywood (Co-Chair), UCLA Alumni in Entertainment, APA@NBCUniversal (Co-Chair, Professional Development Committee) and the Diversity Council for NBCUniversal.
Grace graduated from UCLA with a BA in English and a Minor in Asian American Studies. She was also the recipient of the Royal Morales Prize in Pilipino Studies.
