Grace Ho

Grace is the first Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Liberty Global, the world’s largest international TV and broadband company. She was appointed to the role in October 2020 and co-chairs the company’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council alongside Mike Fries, Liberty Global’s CEO. Passionate about people, diversity and inclusion, Grace is focused to empower all 28,000+ employees who work at Liberty Global, and its operating companies to achieve its DE&I vision and championing, developing and executing DE&I strategies and programs across the company.

Grace was born in Malaysia and is of Chinese and Malay heritage. As a qualified advocate and solicitor, she spent her early career in law performing pro-bono work for migrant workers in the country. The importance of fairness and equality has remained with Grace throughout her career and has shaped her approach in all aspects of her work at Liberty Global.

Grace joined Liberty Global in 2002 in The Netherlands and has served in various roles leading complex, large scale and strategic transformation projects and initiatives whilst increasing engagement and driving high performance through building organisational capability. Prior to becoming Liberty Global’s Chief DE&I Officer, Grace was the People Vice President for the company’s Technology & Innovation (T&I) function. In this role she was the Lead Business Partner for the Chief Technology Officer at Liberty Global and overseeing all aspects of people and organisation across the function’s international and multi-country sites within the company. Grace currently also oversees industrial and employee relations for Liberty and manages Liberty Global’s European Works Council and the Central Workers Council in The Netherlands.
