Gresha Allen

Gresha Allen is the Manager of Learning Systems and Support for Suddenlink Communications. In this role, she works closely with partners in Technical Operations, Call Centers, HR, Engineering and IT, to build training content targeted to specific Suddenlink audiences. Drawing on more than 19 years in Training and Development, Gresha oversees all projects which touch Learning, Performance, and Virtual Communities of Practice. Her focus is on creating innovative workflows and efficiencies. Gresha has a team reporting to her, specializing in Learning and Development, user experience and platform support.

Gresha holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from University of Memphis, and the first 12 years of her career was spent in the hotel industry with Hilton Worldwide. After she completed Hilton’s Management Training Academy in 10 months, she was the youngest General Manager in the system at 22 years old. After honing skills in revenue management, sales and operations, she transferred to St. Louis to open two hotels for local franchise owners. She discovered a love for IT systems implementation and training, which led to a Master’s degree in Project Management. Gresha then spent several years developing online curriculum and doing systems administration on many different LMS platforms in both corporate and academic settings. She joined the cable industry with Suddenlink in 2013, and has loved every minute of it!

She has enjoyed living in St. Louis for more than 16 years, but if you ask her where she’s from, she will tell you Tennessee is home. She has been a certified scuba diver for almost 30 years, and also enjoys running. She loves SEC college football, St Louis Cardinals baseball, and watching her 3 kids play soccer and lacrosse.
