Heather Jagels serves as Vice President of Creative Services for HGTV and DIY Network, America’s leaders in home and lifestyle programming. In this role, she leads the creative production and design teams for all branded network campaigns and initiatives. Heather is responsible for developing far-reaching, multi-platform consumer experiences, and has been instrumental in the creation of engaging interactive and product launch campaigns.
Since joining HGTV as strategy coordinator in 2004, Jagels has built a top-notch creative team and continues to lead a core team of project management, creative and design personnel. She has developed launch campaigns for dozens of shows and branded initiatives over the years that have helped HGTV and DIY Network attain record-setting ratings. Through her work on innovative marketing campaigns for hit series such as HGTV Star, Rehab Addict, Property Brothers, The Vanilla Ice Project and multiple convergent initiatives, HGTV and DIY Network have consistently been highly-rated and a favorite among advertisers.
These successes have garnered her team numerous Promax/BDA Awards and, in 2010, she was honored as a WICT Rising Leader.
Jagels graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s of science in communications in 2003.
