Inde Hawkins is the Manager of Network Operations Engineering for Cox Communications and has responsibility for overseeing all critical facilities and network deployments and installations across the Virginia region. Starting her engineering career as a supervisor in 2016, having responsibility for critical facilities operations and engineering. Inde quickly progressed and was promoted in 2017, taking on increased responsibility for budget management, planning of equipment deployment and decommissioning, supporting advanced technology delivery, as well as influencing national standardization.
Inde began her career with Cox in 2012 as a Supply Chain CPE demand planner, responsible for new equipment forecasting and churn management. In 2014, her responsibilities grew to take on Field Engineering Planning, having a high degree of focus on process establishment, assisting engineering teams with material procurement and deployment strategies.
Prior to joining Cox, Inde enjoyed a 9+ year career with Joy Mining Machinery (now Kamatsu) in Pennsylvania. As a supply chain buyer, she had a strong focus on procurement and SAP business processes supporting finite planning.
Inde is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management at Columbia Southern University.
She lives in Virginia Beach, VA with her husband and two children. They spend much of their family time outdoors, taking trips in their Sportsmobile and soaking up beach life.
