As HR Director and Business Partner for the Latin America division of ARRIS, Ivette leads a group of 14 HR professionals in providing HR support to employees and managers across eight countries in the region. Part of her responsibilities include organizational development and change management, leadership development, and organizational design. Ivette has over 20 years’ experience in training and development, having designed and delivered a number of management and leadership programs throughout her career. Before joining ARRIS, she held a number of roles in training and development and human resources at Motorola’s mobile devices division in Puerto Rico and later in Florida.
Ivette has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development. She is a board member of the ARRIS Women’s Business Network, collaborating in the implementation and deployment of programs designed to promote diversity and personal and professional development at ARRIS. Ivette lives in Boca Raton, Florida and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
