Jacqueline Dobies

Jacqueline is a Director of Revenue Management and Client Services at ESPN. In her current role, she is responsible for managing revenue analytics, inventory, and yield management for the ESPN Ad Sales portfolio. With the ultimate goal of maximizing revenue, Jacqueline works to develop go-to-market strategy and provide financial analysis of ad sales assets across ESPN properties.

 

Jacqueline joined ESPN in 2012 managing TV inventory and quickly moved up within the Customer Marketing and Sales group, where her oversight of the ESPN portfolio continues to grow. Prior to joining ESPN in 2012, Jacqueline began her career in media at Fox Syndication in sales planning.

 

Jacqueline’s contributions go beyond her work in Revenue Management. She has supported future leaders and diversity efforts both within and outside of her organization. She has stood on the committee of one of ESPN’s most successful mentorship programs for the past 3 years. She has also been involved in the company’s Diversity and Inclusion efforts as part of a task force focusing on recruitment efforts. She participates in Learning Leaders Programs, where she provides mentorship to school children. She is also involved with her Church’s fundraising efforts for Catholic Charities.

 

Jacqueline is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010.  She currently resides in Hoboken, New Jersey with her husband Justin and their son Miller.
