Jacqueline LeClair Hough is a Director of Spectrum Enterprise Service Delivery at Charter Communications. In this role she oversees the business process team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining process and standards for the organization. What she loves most about her current role is the collaborative team she works with daily and the constant growth and learning they do together. Leading, developing and enhancing internal processes provides collaborative work within her team but also with boundary partners.
Jacqueline has been with Charter Communications (formerly Time Warner Cable) for seven years and has worked in operations for those seven years. Previously Jacqueline oversaw the Market Expansion and Right of Entry team, responsible for expanding the company’s fiber foot print and obtaining right of entry agreements for construction related build outs. Prior to joining the telecommunications industry, she was a Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Paralegal at a local New York State Certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise.
Jacqueline is currently pursuing her MBA at Oswego State University, where she also obtained her Bachelors in Political Science. She was born and raised in the true Upstate New York area, currently residing in Syracuse, New York. She is also a mother to a driven and wonderfully spunky five year old boy. In her free time she does enjoy traveling and running, having completed two marathons and looking for another to check off the bucket list.
