Jacqueline Lem is a Senior Manager of Distribution Business Planning & Strategy at WarnerMedia, focusing on HBO and HBO Max. In this role, she is responsible for developing strategies to grow HBO and HBO Max subscriptions and revenue across distribution partners. Previously, she worked as a Marketing Account Executive at HBO, overseeing marketing initiatives and partner management for national distributors.
In addition to her day job, Jacqueline is the Co-Chair of HBO’s Business Resource Group for Asian employees. With an emphasis on diversity and inclusion, the group’s mission is to promote cross-cultural awareness, drive community engagement, and create opportunities for professional growth and success.
Prior to joining HBO, Jacqueline worked in Product Marketing at Nielsen, with a focus on digital measurement solutions. She began her career within Nielsen’s Emerging Leaders Program, where she held various roles across client solutions, marketing and analytics.
Jacqueline graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Consumer Psychology. She currently lives in New York City.
