Jane Frazier is Vice President, Treasury for Charter Communications, responsible for cash management and forecasting, debt reporting and compliance, and banking relationships. Jane led the integration of treasury functions and consolidation of payment processing services following Charter’s merger with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks in 2016. She has leveraged the volume of the combined entity and partnered with financial service providers to achieve savings and efficiencies. Jane joined Charter in 2012.
Before joining Charter, Jane held various accounting, treasury and operations positions at LaserVision and TLC Vision. She joined Laser Vision in 1996 where she was responsible for internal and external reporting, purchase accounting, and cash management, and participated in acquisition diligence and system implementations. In 2002 when Laser Vision was acquired by TLC Vision, Jane became Vice President and Controller of the new combined entity. Jane also worked in operations where she was responsible for the real estate portfolio and procurement.
Jane began her career in 1991 as an auditor at Price Waterhouse.
Jane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional. Jane enjoys traveling, running, reading, and gardening. Jane resides in the St. Louis suburbs with her husband Joe and has 4 sons, Joey, Justin, Nathan and Dalton.
