Janet Manzullo

A 25-year veteran in financial services, Janet Manzullo joined Time Warner Cable in July 2009 as Vice President, Talent Acquisition.  Janet leads a team of recruiting professionals who support the hiring and internal talent movement from entry level through Executive for Time Warner Cable.  Additionally, she is responsible for temp labor staffing and selection and assessment practices. Janet is the Executive Sponsor of the Black Business Employee Network (BBEN) at Time Warner Cable.

 

Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Janet worked for Wachovia Bank the first 21 years of her career in various operating leadership roles and her final four leading Recruiting.   During her time as SVP, Enterprise Recruiting Director Janet led an enterprise-wide recruiting function with responsibility for all the major areas of Wachovia’s global recruiting effort including candidate sourcing and recruiting, technology, compliance, selection and assessment, campus recruiting programs, executive search and the management of Wachovia’s internal contract/temporary workforce organization.  Her leadership of this $40MM-plus function required the direction of a 500 person staff in hiring 39,000 employees annually.

 

Janet earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in finance with a minor in economics, from Central Michigan University and is an alumnus of both the Duke and UNC Chapel Hill Wachovia Senior Management and Executive Leadership Programs.  Janet is President of (WICT) Women in Cable & Telecommunications Carolinas and a member of (NAMIC) National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications. Janet is also active in the community, sitting on the Finance Council and Building Committee at St. Therese Catholic Church in Mooresville, and a Board Member of Davidson Day School.

 

Janet and her husband, Ryan, reside in Cornelius, NC and have two grown daughters, Jennifer and Christina.
