Janet Montagne

​Janet has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.  She began her career as a Customer Care Representative.  She moved on to roles in Quality Assurance and training for Customer Care, Telesales and training support of a network operations center.  Janet has spent the past 16 years in project and program management with responsibility for cross functional operations projects, system enhancements and network initiatives, many of which were enterprise wide in nature. 

 

Janet joined Time Warner Cable in 2010 and is currently a Program Manager in the Business Services PMO.  She manages Care programs in the Business Class organization and previously supported the Business Class project portfolio and reporting.  Janet is a member of the Time Warner Cable Women’s Collective and has participated for two years on the local Time Warner Cable Events Committee. 

 

Janet received a B.S. in Marketing from Radford University and has an M.S. in Management from National Louis University.  She also has a Masters certificate in project management from ESI International.  Currently, she holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and completed her Scrum Master certification in 2015.  She is a member of the Washington DC chapter of PMI and the Washington/Baltimore chapter of WICT. 

 

Janet lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, two boys and labradoodle.   She enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
