Jayme Porter is a Director of Human Resources in the Technology, Product, and Customer Experience division of Comcast and is currently a Business Partner to the Network and Communications Engineering organization. In this role, Jayme and her team are responsible for the implementation of people strategy across the organization they support, including advisement of employee relations issues, learning and development, leader coaching, workforce planning, and executing on initiatives formed from partnerships with our Centers of Excellence.
Before joining Comcast in 2017, Jayme worked as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting technologists for Susquehanna International Group, a privately-held trading firm, and Unisys Corporation. Earlier in her career, she worked in Human Resources and Talent Management at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
Jayme earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations with a minor in Spanish from the Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Human Resource Development degree from Villanova University. She lives in Philadelphia and enjoys spending time with family and friends, including her four-year-old son, Keaton, and dog, Bess, discovering new cuisines in the city’s restaurant scene, skiing and international travel.
