Jazmine Skinner is currently a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis in the Financial Operations organization at Comcast. In this role, she partners with various business units and senior management to develop the strategic long-term plan for the organization’s network capacity and overall technology roadmap. Jazmine’s primary responsibility is to conduct financial analysis and develop business case analyses to motivate executive decisions. Additionally, she has managed annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
Jazmine joined the Comcast finance team in 2014 within the Program Accounting organization. As a Senior Accountant, she was responsible for month-end close, preparing work paper reconciliations, monthly financial reports, and P&L analysis. After a couple of years, Jazmine became Manager of Content Acquisition where she successfully managed the streamlining of the channel lineup database for over 21M subscribers. Jazmine also reviewed program contracts to ensure accurate financial conclusions and approved divisional channel change requests for over 7.8M subscriber channel lineups.
Jazmine has a passion for building relationships and career development. Jazmine is an engaged member in Comcast employee resource groups including BEN, YPN, and the Women’s Network. She is also the Marketing and Communications Chair of NAMIC Philadelphia.
Jazmine is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She attended Shippensburg University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and holds a master’s degree in MBA from West Texas A&M. She lives in Philadelphia with her Fiancé where she enjoys exploring the city, traveling, and spending time with loved ones and her dog.
