Jeanne Ciampa

​Jeanne Ciampa is Senior Engineering Manager of National Video Deployment Engineering for Cloud TV and Video On Demand Infrastructure deployments at Comcast. She leads a team of Engineers responsible for site specific designs and the deployment strategy for new and existing technology on which our video products run. A 15 year veteran of the cable industry, Jeanne pulls from her engineering and project management experiences to coach her direct reports and others within her organization in developing schedules and System Integration and Test procedures to ensure quality transitions of deployed products to peer Operations teams.

 

During her tenure at Comcast, Jeanne enjoys dedicating time to giving back and personal growth. Annually, she and her family volunteer on outdoor beautification projects for Comcast Cares Day, she is an active member WICT in Philadelphia, and has spoken at FIRST Robotics and STEM events on Women in Technology, encouraging young girls to consider a technical track. In 2014, she graduated from Half the Sky Leadership for Women and is a 2015 alumnus of the SCTE Georgia Tech Management Development Program.

 

Jeanne graduated from Widener University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. While earning her undergrad degree, she was General Manager of the campus radio station and with a friend started the women’s soccer club which the school converted to a varsity team in 1995. Born and raised in New Jersey, Jeanne relocated to Pennsylvania after college and currently resides in Bucks County with her artist husband, precocious daughter, two cats and four chickens.
