Jeffrey is a veteran of the Cable Telecommunications industry currently serving in the role of Area Vice President in the Southern Ohio Region for the Midwest South Management Area in Cincinnati, Ohio. Responsible for ensuring a well-trained, highly motivated workforce to provide exceptional customer service for all field activities in assigned management areas.
Ensure solid execution of the company’s standardized processes and business rules in the areas of Field Operations engineering, plant maintenance, residential fulfillment and service, construction, contractor management, TQA, safety, and technical training. With over a decade of progressive growth and increasing business operations responsibilities in the industry, Jeffrey is instrumental in the development and implementation of fulfillment activities to establish effective business planning practices within Charter’s operational sector.
Jeffrey has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration followed by a Master of Science in Accounting, both from James Madison University and has completed professional education training from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Jeff also serves in the role of Chapter Advisor/Executive Champion, and acts as a facilitator, advocate, counselor, and coach for the local WICT Greater Ohio chapter. Jeffrey serves as our primary liaison and “voice” to senior executives, having the ability to “open doors” and “champion” efforts for our chapter initiatives. Jeffrey is very excited to serve as a “Hands” on mentor and advisor to the Greater Ohio Chapter.
