For the past three years, Je’Nea Jones has served as the Director of Human Resources for the Jackson Area of Comcast Cable’s Mid-South Region. In this role, Je’Nea oversees the HR function for multiple locations in Mississippi and Louisiana. Before joining Comcast, Je’Nea served as a Regional HR Manager with Cox Cable. In that capacity she provided support to employees in the areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment. Prior to joining the cable industry, Je’Nea worked in the fields of telecommunications and gaming.
In addition to 15 years of experience in the HR field, Je’Nea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Master’s degree in Management from Belhaven University. She has held the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources since 2005. A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Je’Nea lives in Madison, MS.
