Jenelle Champlin is a certified Project Management Professional with approximately 9 years of consulting experience including: operations strategy, project management, software evaluations, requirements analysis, process design, testing, training, and deployment support. Her area of expertise is in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) where she has helped numerous Marketing, Sales and Support divisions more effectively manage and grow their customer base.
Jenelle currently works for Interactive Broadband Consulting Group (IBB) as an Operational Strategy Consultant where she is responsible for developing and implementing customer care/operational strategies for leading broadband-related product and service providers in the Cable, Mobile, Media and Technology industries. During her time at IBB, she has had the opportunity to work on projects with some of the biggest media and service providers in the industry including Comcast, Disney and HBO. Prior to joining IBB in 2009, Jenelle held various consulting positions with Accenture, Amdocs and Astadia where she helped manage, design, and deploy CRM solutions across a variety of industries.
Jenelle holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from Baylor University. She is an active member of WICT and the Project Management Institute. She currently lives in Austin, TX with her husband and two dogs.
