Jennie Isaac

Jennie is a Senior Manager of New Product Integration in the Supply Chain Group at Cox Communications. Her primary focus is launching new products within Cox’s Supply Chain, working directly with Product Development, Warehousing and Inventory Planning partners to ensure a process is in place to support new products and initiatives. This involves requirements gathering, collaborative process design, and change management.

Previously at Cox, Jennie was a Senior Manager in the Inventory Planning organization, leading the team responsible for planning CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) for Cox Business and Residential customers.

Prior to her time at Cox, Jennie worked for a large hospital system in Atlanta. She was part of a team of Industrial Engineers responsible for creating staffing plans for each department within the hospital, as well as performing process improvement projects throughout the hospital to increase efficiencies and minimize patient wait time.

Jennie started her career as a Management Consultant with Accenture, working with a variety of Fortune 100 clients.

Jennie has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) Mentoring Program.

In her spare time, Jennie enjoys playing tennis, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and daughter.
