Jennifer Burns is Senior Manager of Product Marketing & Audience Acquisition at WarnerMedia. As part of the Audience Development team at CNN Digital, she works cross-functionally to support US and International teams within Editorial, Product and D2C. In this role, she is responsible for creating products, campaigns and initiatives that create, grow and inform direct, habitual relationships with our users. Jennifer is passionate about bringing people closer to CNN’s world-class journalism, connecting users to the people, places and events shaping the world. She leads a team that has pioneered many initiatives to create and grow direct relationships through newsletters, and more recently her team has expanded its scope to support growth for new direct-to-consumer initiatives.
Jennifer’s past experience includes roles at The Weather Channel and Turner Sports where she focused on product analytics, audience growth, engagement strategy and digital research.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, two-year-old son and five-month-old son. She resides in Atlanta and looks forward to traveling the world again. Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Florida State University and she has participated in the Retention & Engagement program with Reforge.
