Jennifer Dunk

Jennifer began her career in the Telecommunications Industry in 2010 with Fidelity Communications, which was acquired by Cable One in 2019. She has held numerous roles throughout her career, beginning as a Customer Service Representative in a newly created Call Center and quickly advancing to Call Center Lead and then to Call Center Supervisor. Jennifer currently serves as Inside Sales Manager and has held that position since February of 2018. Under Jennifer’s leadership, the sales team was established and has consistently exceeded goals through delivering an exceptional customer experience with a high commitment to customer growth.

Jennifer is committed to servant leadership and promoting a culture of inclusion, positivity, and teamwork. Her motto is, have fun while getting the job done.

She has been married to her husband Michael for over 20 years, and they live in Missouri with their son Logan and daughter Kamryn. She enjoys traveling, eating good food and spending time with her family and friends.
