Jennifer Kay

Jen’s responsible for user acquisition and retention at across all non-linear platforms using a data-driven, ROI-focused approach. She was hired into this newly created role in 2012 to focus on traffic growth, with an emphasis on tactics that boost both on-site and YouTube video views; it’s since evolved to account for content distribution, strategic on-site traffic recirculation and acquisition-based content strategy.


She focuses on long-range planning and stra

tegy, involving the creation of a comprehensive, forward-looking multi-platform plan to grow digital KPIs and cultivate audience. She works with editorial, design, product, emerging technology, business development, research, and ad sales teams to create complementary growth opportunities. In addition Jen oversees all aspects of SEO, manages an editorial traffic-exchange program, and distributes clip video content to revenue-generating channels such as YouTube, and full episodes to Electronic Sell-Through platforms including iTunes, GooglePlay, Xbox, Amazon and PlayStation.


Jen has a BA in English from the University of Tennessee and lives in Brooklyn, NY.
