Jennifer Kuhns is a Senior Manager of Billing Systems at Comcast.  Jennifer’s cable career began in 1999 in the role of Accounts Receivable Supervisor for AT&T Broadband’s Pittsburgh Region.  After a year, she assumed oversight of all billing operations as Manager of Billing and A/R.  Over the next five years, as the region grew to include Richmond, VA and Cleveland, OH, she expanded her billing team from four to 30 full-time employees with increasing responsibilities over Billing, Release Management, Database Maintenance, Addressability, and Reporting.  In that position, she became a CSG system expert and played a key role in the region’s VOD deployment, Triple Play launches, and numerous system upgrades and conversions.  In 2005, she was promoted to Director of Information Systems.

In 2007, Jennifer accepted a position as Product Specialist and Project Manager for Comcast’s corporate data center.  In this role, she served as the technology lead for new product implementations and key initiatives like the Xfinity Home Security launch, Statement Redesign, Kiosk Integrations, and Sales Channel data-alignment.  For her involvement in these projects, she was recognized with two Enterprise Technology Excellence awards.  Jennifer was promoted to Senior Manager of Billing Systems in 2014.  She is currently actively involved in the consolidation and standardization of Comcast’s billing systems while continuing to serve as a CSG subject matter expert for corporate and divisional business partners.
