Jennifer joined Comcast in 2014 as a Deployment Manager for the Business Services organization. Over the course of two years, she led a team of systems and network engineers, product leads, business operations analysts, and national agent teams to orchestrate the platform and billing migration of over 800K Business Voice customers. The success of these migrations led her to the opportunity to join Comcast’s newly formed Xfinity Mobile team.
After supporting the initial Xfinity Mobile launch in 2017, Jennifer partnered with stakeholders across the organization to deliver critical customer enhancements by way of another platform and billing migration. Today, Jennifer serves as the Xfinity Mobile Executive Portfolio and Governance manager, implementing a robust structure for roadmap management and program operations.
Prior to joining Comcast, Jennifer spent 8 years with Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, managing the financial portfolios of several multi-million dollar communication satellite programs for the U.S. Department of Defense. With Lockheed Martin, she earned her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, as well as several other credits and awards in financial planning, analysis, and program management.
Jennifer earned a B.S. degree in Mathematical Sciences and a minor in Business Administration from Villanova University. She resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband and is an active member of her local community, focusing on programs that support early childhood education.
