Jennifer Malcolm is a Director of Business Operations for Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution. In this role, she provides technical and operational expertise to the global distribution teams, leading efforts for the Systems and Process Management team as well as project management. She has been with The Walt Disney Company for over 8 years. Prior to that role, she managed launches of live stream and VOD content for Disney & ESPN Media Networks, specifically the Affiliate Partnership, Development and Operations team. This included launch content with Disney’s Affiliate Partners. Other operational roles, for different organizations, have allowed her to positions around the country, including New York, San Diego, Orange County CA, Southern NJ and CT, where she resides now.
Jen holds her bachelor’s degree in Business from Wilmington University. In her free time, Jen coaches Lacrosse and Cheerleading and enjoys spending time with her husband and two very active children. Together, they enjoy traveling and spending time with their newly rescued puppy.
