Jennifer Mesnick is the Director of Pricing and Planning for the Home Category at Scripps Networks. The Home Category which consists of the HGTV and DIY Networks generate the most Ad Sales revenue for the company. Jennifer’s primary function is to maximize revenue by setting pricing and sales guidelines for client media proposals. She works closely with the account executives and sales planners in order to strategize each deal for optimal yield.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies from Queens College. She launched into her media career on the agency side at The Botway Group, which later merged into Initiative Media. Jennifer then decided to move to the network side by joining Turner Broadcasting where she spent 4 years working in both the Strategic Planning and Client Services departments. She has devoted the majority of her career to Scripps Networks, where she is approaching her 12 year anniversary in August.
Jennifer loves "living the brands" by traveling around the world with a strong focus on Europe and hopes to inspire the love of travel in her young daughter. Her favorite shows are "Fixer Upper" and "Love it or List It". She enjoys spending time and being active with her husband and daughter, and is presently training for 2 half marathons – NYC in March and Brooklyn in May.
