Jennifer Woodruff is a Business Class Director of Technical Operations for Time Warner Cable. In this role, Jennifer leads the Business Class field technicians in the Northeast market. The team is responsible for the coaxial installation and repair of internet, video, phone and security services in the commercial environment.
Jennifer has nearly 18 years in the industry, starting her professional career with Time Warner Cable in 1998. Through years of dedication and actively pursuing development of leadership skills, Jennifer was able to steadily grow within the company. In 2012, the growth of Business Class made it worthwhile to have a dedicated technical operations and dispatch team. As the Dispatch Manager, Jennifer focused on hiring and launching the Business Class dispatch team. A short time later, the Director of Technical Operations position became available.
Her educational background includes an associate degree from Morrisville State College and she is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree through the University of Phoenix. Jennifer credits her years of success to her excellent work ethic, putting in extra time, surrounding herself with the right people, and always being available to all employees. Looking into the future, she hopes to continue to grow with the company.
