Jenny DiLeo is Director of Customer Interaction Management at Cablevision. In this role she is responsible for customer journey mapping, product implementation, budget management, operational training development, and post deployment monitoring.
In her fifteen years with Cablevision, Jenny has been promoted to roles of increasing responsibility, beginning as an Engineering Admin and moving up into positions with Logistics, Business Integration, Product Operations and finally Product Customer Interaction Management. Her experience working in a variety of different roles and business units provided an invaluable opportunity to learn many aspects of the cable industry, and specifically within Cablevision.
Since joining Product, Jenny has launched significant product initiatives that have enhanced the customer’s Onboarding experience, reducing churn, as well as leading Optimum’s Smart Router program, including the launch of D-Link AC Router.
She resides on Long Island, NY with her husband and young son. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and entertaining, spending time with close friends and family.
