Jenny Kendall

Jenny Kendall is a dynamic, high performing leader with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and a passion for driving results through a customer focused discipline, creativity and team effort.

Jenny Kendall is currently the Director of Product Development & Management at Cox Communications in Atlanta, GA. In this role, she leads a team responsible for the video content curation, content merchandising strategy and execution, viewership engagement and customer navigation experience within the residential Video On Demand User Interface. Jenny also has product lifecycle management oversight for the Video On Demand platform with a laser focus on improving product performance, driving cost reduction and the deployment of key strategic product enhancements.

Prior to joining Cox in April 2008, Jenny worked for AT&T (formerly BellSouth) in various leadership roles with responsibilities ranging from product portfolio management, go-to-market strategy, account management, contract negotiation and policy development.

Jenny has an undergraduate degree in business from Furman University. Additionally, she holds an MBA degree from Georgia State University. She is a Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt, is currently serving as a mentor for Cox’s Product Development & Management Product Innovation program and is a graduate of the Half the Sky program, founded by Grace Killelea.

In her free time, she serves as the Vice President of the Sequoyah High School Cross Country Booster Club and is an avid competitive tennis player. She lives in Canton, GA with her husband and three active teenage boys.
