Jessica Geremia is the Marketing Plan Manager for New Customers for Cablevision, a telecommunications and media company providing digital television, voice and high-speed Internet services. Her primary focus is on evaluating and creating strategies, plans and processes to improve the customer experience during the onboarding phase. In her current role, she leads a team responsible for the development and design of all onboarding communications including print collateral, customer websites, emails, personalized smart videos, and bill statements.
Jessica has been with Cablevision for 8 years and has worked in various roles in the marketing department including Customer Communications where she managed a team of Marketing Managers to ensure execution of marketing plans, campaigns, projects and programs as they relate to customer communications and retention. Jessica also held a role as Offer Manager where she was responsible for leading the design, performance projection and implementation of offers across all consumer and business products.
Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Studio from the State University of New York at Geneseo where she graduated with summa cum laude honors.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and daughter, Paisley. She currently resides in New York.
