As Senior Manager, Enterprise Change Management at Cox Communications, Jessica Rossi works across both residential and business teams to manage the people side of change for large-scale initiatives that are transforming the business.
She started at Cox as an intern. In the 15+ years since, her career has crossed both Cox Enterprises and Cox Communications and spanned a variety of departments (Operations, Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Public Affairs). Commonalities across roles include program management, employee engagement, change, culture, and communications.
Some of Jessica’s proudest accomplishments at Cox include launching Cox Conserves, and leading Cox Enterprises’ employee volunteer program and Atlanta community outreach efforts. At Cox Communications, she led nationwide corporate social responsibility strategy and philanthropic reporting while focusing on digital inclusion, internet safety, and championing small businesses. As the wellness manager at Cox Enterprises, Jessica re-imagined the enterprise wellness program, focused on workforce health and productivity.
Jessica has served as a board member for many community organizations, is a graduate of LEAD Atlanta, Leadership Buckhead, and the MS Leadership Class and was named 15-to-watch by PR News. Certified in PROSCI Change Management, her love of transformation transcends into her personal life, where she’s trained as a board-certified health coach, yoga teacher and running coach.
Jessica graduated cum laude from Grady College at The University of Georgia. She spends most of her time in the North Georgia mountains with her husband, David and their brindle pup, Harp.
