Jill Roggio is the Business Services Manager of Customer Service and Technical Support for Comcast Business Services. In this role, Jill focuses on ways to support the company’s strategic objectives of delivering superior experience. Jill’s team is responsible for managing all phases of services provided by the Business Services Customer Account Executives, ensure call quality within the center and deliver tight operational and financial controls in a cost effective manner. She began her tenure at Comcast in early 2011 as a Customer Service and Technical Support Supervisor and was promoted to Manager soon thereafter. The Central Division Business Services team is based out of Horsham, PA, and collaborates regularly with division and regional operational teams throughout the country.
Prior to joining Comcast, Jill held a variety of leadership positions in the financial industry and small business arenas. Jill holds a Bachelors of Science in Business and Communications from Ursinus College. She resides in Furlong, Pennsylvania.
