Jonica Hartman is Director, Strategic Initiatives for Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales division of Charter Communications. Ms. Hartman leads the team of project managers, business analysts and implementation managers responsible for ensuring successful delivery of major technology, advanced advertising product and process changes that drive year-over-year revenue growth and continued progress toward Spectrum Reach’s vision of becoming the marketing platform of choice.
Prior to joining Time Warner Cable in 2010 (pre Charter merger), Jonica was a consultant for complex technology driven projects in the higher education and financial verticals. As well as Assistant Director at Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC).
Jonica received the WICT Carolinas Woman to Watch award in 2012 and led the WICT Carolinas Mentoring Program in 2013 and 2014, receiving the WICT Global Mentoring Excellence Award both years. Jonica served as WICT Carolinas Chapter Vice President from 2015-2017 and Chapter President from 2017-2019 and moved into the role of WICT Carolinas Immediate Past President in January 2020.
Ms. Hartman is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a Masters Certificate in Program Management.
