Joni Pierce is the Director of Sales & Business Operations for Comcast Business in the Portland Region. In this role, Joni is responsible for strategic planning, as well as, subscriber and revenue growth for the business unit. She also oversees the Market Development and Sales Operations teams which are focused on network expansion strategy and sales execution within the region. Joni’s strong business, analytical, process and project management skills have been a valuable asset to the Comcast Business team.
Prior to joining Comcast Business, Joni also worked in key areas of the organization including marketing, where she was focused on direct & product marketing, as well as, communications where she was responsible for employee communications, event planning, and public relations. Joni is a passionate leader who enjoys developing others, delivering results, and having fun at the office. Joni is a graduate of the George Fox MBA program, as well as the Comcast Foundations of Organizational Leadership (FOL) program. In 2016, she was the recipient of the “I am Comcast” Leadership Award.
Joni has been a member of the WICT Pacific Northwest Board for three years and currently serves as the President of the Pacific Northwest Chapter. She resides in her hometown of Portland, Oregon and enjoys spending time outdoors with her son, husband and dog.
