Jordan Cassell is a Senior Manager on the My Spectrum App team at Charter Communications. She is a constant advocate for the customer, and strives to build the best experiences to support their troubleshooting and advanced Wifi needs. Her efforts help to enhance the self-service tools while driving down call volume and increasing customer satisfaction.
Jordan started as an intern at Charter six years ago, and has had the opportunity to work with multiple agile development teams to drive the customer experience for Enterprise, SMB, and Residential customers across Charter’s online portal and mobile application platforms. She is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) and a Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) Product Owner/Manager.
In 2017, Jordan was nominated to participate in the inaugural class for the Intrapreneurship Academy at the Cable Center. This program inspired her to create a program at Charter called Customer 360. Through this, she has facilitated hundreds of truck rolls with field technicians and visits to the call center, which has helped employees better understand the problems that customers face on a daily basis. Following this, she was proud to receive a Charter Achievement Award in Q2, 2019.
An alumnus of Colorado State University, Jordan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree focused on Marketing. She resides in Colorado with her husband and two dogs, and is excited to welcome her first child in August, 2021.
