Joy Sivec, Senior Manager, Customer Care Training, has over 14 years of experience working in various Customer Care and Learning & Development roles with Time Warner Cable.
She is currently responsible for training and development in 6 call centers across North and South Carolina, leading the implementation of strategic training programs that build skills and create an environment of high energy and top performance. Joy directs a customer-focused learning team who shares an enthusiastic commitment to customer service as a key driver for achieving business goals.
As a training leader, Joy holds Time Warner Cable’s Instructor Skills Master Certification and Master Sales Trainer Certification, along with a Development Dimensions International (DDI) Certification. She is currently enrolled in The University of Phoenix’s Business Management program and will earn her Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources.
Joy has been a Carolina Chapter Member of WICT since 2007 and has served as a committee chair for the 2009 Chapter Fall Conference. She is also an active member of American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Midlands Chapter. Joy is a Girl Scout Brownie leader who loves being a Mother of 3 beautiful children.
