Judy March

Judy March is the newly appointed Manager of Technology Deployment and Adoption for the Workforce Services group at Scripps Networks Interactive.  In this new role, her focus is technology deployment and adoption serving as a project manager and organizational change manager on strategic initiatives which include developing an Identity and Access Management program and expanding self-service offerings across IT and other departments.  Additionally, she is supporting Corporate Communications and Facilities with their technology projects, integrations, and future IT needs.

Judy started at Scripps in 2003 on the desktop support team in New York, relocated to Knoxville, TN, and was soon promoted to manage the Helpdesk.  She eventually led both the Helpdesk and Knoxville based desktop support teams.

In addition to overseeing the daily operations of her teams, she was also responsible for IT communications, service request fulfillment, and several Sarbanes Oxley audits.  She helped implement numerous enhancements and is extremely proud of her work transitioning the IT and Facilities onboarding process from a backlogged manual method to a more streamlined online one.

Judy’s first love was theatre and still belongs to a non-profit theatre group in New York where she helped build sets and was the editorial designer on several programs.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Film and Video from the Pennsylvania State University and resides in Knoxville with her husband and two children.
